To redeem the gift voucher, it is essential to contact the hotel beforehand to formalize the reservation. The redemption of the gift voucher will be subject to hotel availability.

Gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance. They are not redeemable or extendable. Non-refundable.

There is no physical shipment. The customer receives the gift voucher in a personalized PDF via email.
